Competition Terms and Conditions:
1.	Competitions are open to anyone based in the UK except for employees of yourhomepagein.co.uk (YHP) and connected Companies.
2.	All competitions either have a closing date or provide a set number of prizes a week.
3.	All competitions on YHP are free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the website, or where competitions are phone based, the cost of the phone call or SMS message.
4.	Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of the closing date of the competition except where competitions are jointly offered with a third party. In this case, winners will be notified once the third party has drawn the winner. Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the customer will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. Prizes will be sent by default to the customers registered address. It is the winners responsibility to notify YHP of any change in address.
5.	Prizes may be offered by YHP or by other companies and these prizes may appear across other websites and other advertising mediums. YHP makes all efforts to ensure that only bona fide prizes are offered. However where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, YHP will not provide the prize itself.
6.	Unless otherwise stated, YHP reserves the right to substitute a prize for the chosen prize to an acceptable value alternative. This is at YHP discretion. Otherwise prizes are as stated.
7.	On registering with YHP and when entering any competition draw each visitor agrees to information via e-mail, and other channels of that is appropriate. Specifically, where a visitor has answered a question or a competition provided by a sponsor of YHP , the visitors details will be passed onto the sponsor. Visitors should expect to receive communication from YHP as most of the Daily Draws are supplied from the US, but if you enter a competition from a sponsor or a local company you can expect to receive a contact from them.
8.	Winners of the competition will be displayed on the website as title surname area e.g. Mr Jones from Birmingham, Any images and or names supplied will be deemed to have had copyright ownership transferred to YHP and maybe used for future promotions (unless no publicity is specifically requested).
9.	All competitions may be subject to additional rules. These will be listed in the special terms and conditions buttons on the competition entry page.
